2nd Level Technical Customer Support

Full-time Remote / Hybrid

About the Position

As a technical customer support specialist, you'll help our clients use the Dynex platform. You'll solve software and no-code problems, answer customer questions, and help them get the most out of the system.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer technical questions (chat, email, phone)
  • Diagnosing and solving no-code/low-code problems
  • Training users on platform features
  • Collecting and forwarding feedback to the development team
  • Writing knowledge base and helpdesk articles

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Technical interest, knowledge of no-code platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and patience
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently

Project Manager

Full-time Remote / Hybrid

About the Position

As a project manager, you'll coordinate our clients' onboarding process and internal development projects. You'll ensure that every project is delivered on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Full coordination of client onboarding projects
  • Managing internal development projects
  • Client communication and needs assessment
  • Ensuring communication between teams
  • Project status reporting and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • Experience in SaaS/tech environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion)
